Lance Peatman
Founder & CEO
Lance Peatman is trial lawyer representing insurance companies, third party administrators, and government entities primarily in workers compensation cases, including consolidated matters, in the state of California. He is a State Bar Certified Specialist in California Workers’ Compensation law. He has been appointed Liaison Counsel for all employers, carriers, and administrators in multiple statewide consolidations initiated by the California Department of Industrial Relations Anti-Fraud Unit.
Jim Eulo

Jim Eulo is a partner at Peatman Law Group. His expertise includes effective negotiations with quick resolutions and he is always trial-ready. He is known for his commitment that includes defending the smallest of employers with minimal employees to Fortune 500 companies.
Danny Gamulao
Partner
Danny Gamulao is a Partner in our Orange County Office. He has been practicing Workers Compensation defense in California for approximately 24 years. He defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in all areas of state workers’ compensation law.
Mr. Gamulao earned his undergraduate degree at University of California Los Angeles and his law degree at McGeorge School of Law.
Hal Watchman
Attorney
Mr. Watchman received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985, earning an Exceptional Achievement Award in Pre Trial Lawyering Skills. Prior to practicing Workers’ Compensation law, Mr. Watchman specialized in the area of employment and business litigation, representing clients in all aspects of State and Federal Court litigation including trial and appeal.
Mr. Watchman has represented insurers and uninsured employers in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims including 132a, serious and willful, and coverage issues. He has also represented insurers in State Court subrogation litigation. Mr. Watchman is a member of the State Bar of California, and the State Bar of Arizona. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.

Matthew C. Schell has been practicing California Workers’ Compensation Law for over 25 years and defends insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state Workers’ Compensation law.
Maria Jara
Hearing Representative
Ms. Jara is a hearing representative with over 25 years experience in handling, litigating and negotiating liens at the WCAB. She regularly represents employers, insurers and TPAs on lien matters at the WCAB.
Debbie Fenoglio

Debbie Fenoglio is the Marketing Director at Peatman Law Group with over 25 years of experience in the law industry. Debbie has significant experience in marketing roles with a business-oriented approach that focuses on client relationships and operational integration. Debbie is responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies with the objective of providing exemplary customer service for our clients and future clients.
Debbie graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts focused in English Literature.
